Why is there always a lightskin dark skin issue?

I am apart of a mainly female forum and daily there is a topic about lightskin darkskin. Ladies wanting to bleach their skin to be more acceptable. Darkskin bashing/lightskin bashing. I dont get it. It's so sad to me.

At the end of the day that's all bullshit. I just want a woman w/ natural beauty, intelligent mind and fun. Light, dark or in b/w.

Ladies fighting over shit most don't even care about. SMH
